Position Summary: The Vice President of Global Marketing for the Infusion Therapies & Platforms (ITP) business is a senior executive responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role leads the global upstream marketing and medical affairs team, ensuring alignment with business objectives while overseeing market research, digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution. It involves managing cross-functional teams, optimizing marketing budgets, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement and market positioning. Strong expertise in emerging marketing technologies, analytics, and competitive analysis is essential to refine strategies and maximize ROI. Success in this role is measured by key performance indicators such as brand equity, lead generation, conversion rates, and overall market share expansion. The Vice President of Global Upstream Marketing will lead the strategic development and execution of global portfolio strategies for Infusions Systems, IV Solutions, Clinical Nutrition, and Pharmaceuticals. This role is responsible for driving innovation, lifecycle management, and market expansion initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and competitive advantage. The VP will partner closely with R&D, Regulatory, Commercial, Business Development, and Supply Chain teams to drive innovation and deliver differentiated solutions that meet evolving customer needs and global healthcare trends.
